It was the first one I looked at and it had something to do with a problem that may have been caused by a virus.
But Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 are the same and the only issue I'm seeing is from the video below.
I'm using Windows 8.1 now, and the problem seems to be limited to the video in the question above. I haven't been able to duplicate the problem in any other way.

Earth's most popular superhero, Iron Man, is getting some competition from another planet's greatest superhero.
Scientists working on a U.S. spacecraft that is about to enter orbit around the moon have found the remains of a flying saucer, and it may be from a place where humans don't live.
Scientists working on the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter have found the remains of a space vehicle, with what they think is the name of the spacecraft emblazoned on its side.
"This discovery is another piece of the puzzle," said Curt Niebur, LRO project scientist at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center. "We're still working on the bigger puzzle of the 'Man in the Moon.' This is one piece."
The spacecraft, known as LROC, took pictures of the vehicle in October, when the craft was within 186 miles (300 kilometers) of the moon. The instrument that found the remains was called the Lunar Electro Magnetic Sensor, or LEMS.
"It's rare to see anything this large and this close to the moon," Niebur said. "The fact that we found something this large and this close to the moon is a real surprise, and it's a real indication that we're looking at a spacecraft."
Niebur said LEMS got what it found in images taken on Oct. 14.
